The audit was carried out on April 17, 2024 in accordance with the Audit Program prepared by Pharmex Group LLC at the location of the production facilities of RPA “EKMA-STO”, Ltd.
The purpose of the audit is to assess the compliance of the quality management system and the state of production of RPA “EKMA-STO”, Ltd with the requirements of the current Ukrainian Standard ISO 9001:2015 "Quality management system. Requirements" and assessed the company's ability to supply technological clothing of proper quality for the needs of Pharmex Group LLC (FC Zdorovye, HFP Zdorovye Narodu).
According to the results of the audit, no non-compliances with the requirements were found during the audit.
Taking into account the absence of comments on the results of the audit, our company is recommended for approval as a manufacturer and supplier that has an implemented and certified quality management system and an adequate material and technical base necessary for the production of technological sanitary clothing and accessories.
The production quality management system complies with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 (certificate issued by the Swiss company SGS).
