Cleanroom clothing is primarily used to protect the product produced in a cleanroom from damage by particles and fibers released by humans. Thus, the main task of  cleanroom clothing is a barrier function, and the clothing itself should not be a source of particle emission.

The aim of this study is to present data on the study of the antistatic properties of fabrics from various manufacturers for

cleanroom clothing, assess the reliability of results obtained by different methods, and try to find the reason for the difference in antistatic properties of fabrics offered by different manufacturers.

For over 10 years, the legislative level in Ukraine has provided for the use of a food safety management system in food production facilities. The risk of contamination in food production must be minimized or eliminated altogether. One of the components of a clean production environment is the workwear of the staff. It serves as a barrier between the worker and the product, while also protecting the production environment from the impact of the worker, and vice versa.

Sanitary clothing as a component of safe production

In the food industry enterprises of Ukraine, the legislative level provides for the use of a food safety management system, which promotes the transition of enterprises to a new level of technological culture. This system divides all hazardous factors into biological, chemical, and physical. As practice shows, for food and processing industries, the biological factor is the most important.

Components of clean production

The article discusses the issue of producing high-quality and safe food products. The main component in addressing this issue is a clean production environment. This can be achieved not only by providing a large volume of filtered air and constructing the facility from materials that do not generate aerosols, but also through the use of personnel clothing.
