How to correctly determine the size of clothes and shoes?
In order to determine your size, you will need to take simple measurements of your body parameters, namely:
Chest girth (CG). The main measure by which the size of clothing is determined (jacket, overalls, semi-overalls, pants). The tape measure goes through the middle of the shoulder blades, through the armpits and the most protruding part of the chest.
Length from the waist to the floor on the side (LS). Measure from the side of the waist line along the outer-side surface of the thigh and further vertically to the floor. Length from waist to floor at side.
WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE (WC) is necessary to determine the size of waist clothing more accurately. It is used as a second measure when determining the size of pants. The tape is tied around the waist so that it lies naturally, and then the length of the tape is measured with a centimeter.
HIP GIRTH (HG) is necessary to determine the size of waist clothing most accurately. It is used as the third measure when determining size. It is measured over the most prominent part of the hips, parallel to the floor.
HEIGHT. The measurement takes place from the highest point on the head to the very floor.
