This system divides all hazardous factors into biological, chemical, and physical. As practice shows, for food and processing industries, the biological factor is the most important. Components of clean production The article discusses the issue of producing high-quality and safe food products. The main component in addressing this issue is a clean production environment. This can be achieved not only by providing a large volume of filtered air and constructing the facility from materials that do not generate aerosols, but also through the use of personnel clothing.
