Technological clothing for cleanroom personnel
We offer technological clothing for the personnel in cleanrooms of all cleanliness in microelectronics, aerospace, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the food and medicine.
The main purpose of technological clothing:

protection of the cleanroom and production products from contamination

protection of personnel from general production contamination.
This is achieved throught the selection of materials, construction and clothing manufacturing technology.
Modern textile materials of domestic and foreign production, specially designed for use in cleanrooms: antistatic, with a low level of dust and lint separation, chemicaly resistant. Clothing retains its operational properties after 150 wash cycles (approximately during one and a half years of use) and withstand at least 50 "washing-sterilization" cycles.

The clothing design ensures maximum sealing of the undergarment space and protection of the technological environment from human metabolic products.

The clothing set should provide maximum coverage of the human body (up to 95-98%, including the face). The clothing design includes tight cuffs around the wrists and ankles as critical points of the clothing.

The clothing design includes allowances for free fitting and shrinkage during the first few washes or sterilizations. The increased volume provides freedom of movement, improves thermal comfort and enhances the functional properties of the clothing (by reducing the so-called "exhaust" of heated body air).

The fabric edges are treated in a way so that they do not produce fuzz after washing. This is achieved by closing or melting all seams in clothing for clean environments.
