According to the veterinary and sanitary rules in force in poultry farms, in the food industry and everywhere where it is necessary to apply the rules of sanitary hygiene, there are desbarriers created by farm specialists from improvised means. These are sawdust, straw, pieces of foam or burlap, etc.
In medical institutions, cultural centers, schools, kindergartens, a wet cloth impregnated with chlorine is usually used as a barrier.
The efficiency of using such desbarriers is very low, not to mention the aesthetic appearance and cleanliness of the environment.
TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
Top layer the product has a porous structure that ensures good wetting of shoes with disinfectants and is characterized by high abrasion resistance.
Inner layer absorbs about 2 liters of disinfectant solution, which is evenly distributed inside the mat.
The bottom layer made of wear-resistant waterproof fabric that does not allow the disinfectant solution to flow onto the floor.
The structure of the mat provides minimal contact of the disinfection solution with air, prevents the solution from intensively evaporating into the air, and prevents oxidation of the components of the disinfection solution.RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USING THE PRODUCT:
Before entering the so-called “clean zone”, a shoe disinfection mat is placed.
When preparing the mat for use, pour about 2 liters of disinfectant solution.
The disinfectant wets the soles of the shoes, and the excess is absorbed back into the mat. To ensure sufficient disinfection, it is recommended to take 2-3 small steps on the mat.
As a disinfectant, disinfectant solutions of the appropriate concentration are used, which are approved for use in this field of activity.
It is recommended to squeeze out the remaining disinfectant solution once a day in an appropriate way and refill with 2 liters of the used disinfectant solution.
Recommended dimensions: 90x60 cm, thickness - 4 cm; sizes can be different at the request of the customer.
Service life: at least 1.5 months, depending on the intensity of use.
